<br /> WHEHEAS, CONTINENTAL BAKING COMPANY, a Corporation, has pre-
<br />sented to the C~ncil a grant deed dated December 12, 1955, con-
<br />veying property described as:
<br />
<br /> An easement for street purposes in and over the property
<br />described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Those portions of Lot 1 of Sepulveda Tract, in the City
<br />of Santa Ama, County of Orange, State of California, as per
<br />map recorded in Book 31, Page 197 of Deeds, in the Office
<br />of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
<br />
<br /> PARCEL 1: Beginning at the point of intersection of the
<br />Southerly line of the land described in the deed to Continental
<br />Baking Co., recorded on September 15, 1955, in Book 3209, Page
<br />491 of Official Records of said County, with a line that is
<br />parallel with and distant Westerly 30.00 feet, measured at right
<br />angles, from the Northerly prolongation of the center line of
<br />Pacific Avenue as shown on Map of Tract No. 1905, recorded in
<br />Book 64, Pages 21 and 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office
<br />of the County Recorder of said County, thence along said paral-
<br />lel line, North 0° 16' 46" West, 10~.92 feet to the beginning
<br />of a tangent curve concave to the Northwest and having a radius
<br />of 25.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curve 39.19 feet
<br />to a point in a tangent line that is parallel with and distant
<br />Northerly, 80.00 feet, measured at right angles, from the South-
<br />erly line of said land described in Book 3209, Page 491 of Offi-
<br />cial Records; thence along said parallel line, South 89° 32' 15"
<br />West, 157.83 feet, more or less, to a point in the Westerly line
<br />of said land; thence along said Westerly line, South O° 28' 53"
