Street as shown on said map of Tract No. 1024 to a point on the arc of a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 1030 feet, said curve being on the Southerly property line of Edlnger Street as described in said Book 2115 Page 392 of Official Records; thence Southeasterly along said curve to a tangent line which bears North 89° 30' East; thence North 89° 30' East along said tangent line which is parallel with, and 30.00 feet Southerly, measured at right angles, from the center llne of Edinger Street, 364.99 feet to the West line of Tract No. 506, as shown on a map thereof, corded in Book 17, Pages 26 and 2?, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County; thence South 15° 16' 40" West 1299.?~ feet along said West line of Tract No. ~06 to the Southwest corner of Tract ~06; thence North ~ 06' 40" East 391.00 feet along the South line of said Tract No. to the point of beginning. Some bearings and distances as shown on a licensed Surveyor's map filed in Book 30 at Page 21, Record of Survey in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California. That said Council hereby designates "NORTH OF HARVARD ANNEX" as an appropriate name for said annexation. That said Council hereby declares its intention to and it will annex said territory to and include it within the Santa Ana Elementary School District, Santa Ana High School District and Santa Ana Junior College District and upon the completion of said annexation, said ter- ritory shall be and become a part of said School Districts. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that May 7, 1956 at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at Third and Main Streets, in the City of Santa Ana, California, is the time and place fixed at which said Council will hear protests made by any person owning real property within said territory so proposed to be annexed. At any time before said hour, any owner of any of said property may file written protest against this proposed annexation.
