<br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ELSIE OPAL GALLAGHER, has presented to the City
<br />Council a grant deed dated December 13, 1955 in consideration of
<br />payment of $265.00, conveying property described as:
<br />
<br /> An easement for street purposes over the Westerly l0
<br />feet of the following:
<br />All that certain land situated in the City of Santa Aha,
<br />County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot ~ in Block "A"
<br />of "Hedges Addition to Santa Ana", as shown on a map thereof,
<br />recorded in Book 48,
<br /> 31, Page Miscellaneous Records of Los
<br />Angeles County, Caltfornta~ and running thence West, 325 feet;
<br />thence Northerly parallel with the Westerly line of Baker
<br />Street, 200 feet; thence West, 174.2 feet to the true point
<br />of beginning of the boundar~ of the land herein described;
<br />thence West, 144.2 feet, more or less, to the Easterly line of
<br />Bristol Street, as described in the deed to the City of Santa
<br />Ana recorded July 25, 1925, in Book 591, Page 221, Deeds,
<br />records of said Orange County; thence Southerly along said line
<br />of Bristol Street, 50 feet; thence East, 144.2 feet, more or
<br />less, ~o a line extending Southerly, parallel with the Westerly
<br />line of Baker Street, from said t~ue point of beginning; thence
<br />Northerly along said parallel line 50 feet to said true point
<br />of beginning.

<br /> NOW, ~{EREFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
<br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
<br />County, California.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
<br />at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of March , 1956.
