RESOLUTION NO. 56-68 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LARRABEE FRANZ FOSTER and MAXINE BROWN FOSTER, husband <br />and wife, as Joint tenants, have p~sented to the City ouncil a <br />grant deed dated February 28, 1956 in consideration of payment of <br />$24o.oo, conveying property in the City of Santa Ar~, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet of <br />the Westerly 16.67 feet of the following: The N 50 ft. of the <br />S 250 ft. of the following: Commencing at a point 325 ft.
