RESOLUTION NO. ~6-76 DECLARING THE "JACARANDA" TO BE <br />THE OFFICIAL TREE OF T~E CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Garden Section of the Ebell Society of the <br />Santa Ana Valley, the Year 'Round Garden Club, Santa Ana, Cali- <br />fornia, and others have petitioned the City Council to declare the <br />"Jacaranda" to be the official tree of the City of Santa Ana, and <br />the Council concurs in this selection; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the "Jacaranda" is <br />hereby declared and proclaimed to be the Official Tree of the <br />City of Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />on the 19th day of ~arch, 1956. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERisA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of t~e <br />Council of the City of Manta Arm; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 19th day of March, 1956, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCIL~N: Dale H.
