RESOLUTION NO. 56-78 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WALTER BA_~, a married man~ has presented to the <br />City Council a grant dee-~ed March 5, 1956 in consideration of <br />payment of $700.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over: <br /> PARCEL l: The Easterly 7 feet of the Westerly 17 feet of <br />the Northerly 120 feet of Lot 2 of "Montgomery Tract", also <br />known as Tract No. 33, as shown on a map thereof recorded in <br />Book 9, Page 31, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. <br /> <br /> PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly <br />by the North line of said Lot 2, bounded Westerly by the East line <br />of Parcel l, bounded Southeasterly by the arc of a curve concave <br />Southeasterly having a radius of 15 feet and tangent to said North <br />line of Lot 2 and tangent to said East ~ine of Parcel 1. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED A~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Arm <br />at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of March , 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK 0F THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the <br /> 19th day of March , 1956, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILI~_EN: Dale H.
