RESOLUTION NO. 56-84 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WALTER E. HISKEY has presented to the City Council a <br />srant deed dated 5{arch 14,~1~6 in consideration of payment of <br /> 5,150.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over a strip of land <br />20 feet in width, being l0 feet on each side, measured at right <br />angles from the following described center line: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the center line of McClay Street, <br />which is 2500.38 feet Southerly from the intersection of the <br />center line of McFadden Street with the center line of McClay <br />Street as it exists South of said McFadden Street, and running <br />thence Easterly in a straight line for a distance of 1615~44 <br />feet to a point on the City boundary line which is 2540.2b feet <br />Southerly from the center line of said McFadden Street measured <br />along said City boundary line. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED ~ND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the ~95h. day of March , 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA AMA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the <br /> 19th day of March , 1956, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
