RESOLUTION NO. 56-93 <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon the approval of Tract No. ~ it was required <br />that subdivider reroute a certain sewer line a~he City agreed to <br />quitclaim any right it might have by reason of a sewer easement <br />across Lots 209 through 212, both inclusive, of said Tract, and said <br />sewer work has been completed; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute and deliver a quitclaim <br />deed in the name of the City of Santa Aha quitclaiming to the record <br />owners of the real property herein described as their interest may <br />appear in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, Cali- <br />fornia, the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Lots 209, 210, 211 and 212, Tract No. 1724 as shown on <br />a map recorded in Book 511 Pages 24, 25 and 26 of Mis- <br />ce£1aneous Naps, records of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED A~D ADOPTED by the City Council <br />at its regular meeting held on the 19th <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> of the City of Santa Ana <br />day of March , 1956. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, E~A ENNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting, held on <br />the 19th day of March , 1956, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />A~vES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
