RESOLUTION NO. 56-95 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LYTEL D. LARSEN & VERA LARSEN, husband and wife, have <br />presented to the City Council a grant deed dated March 6, 1956, con- <br />veying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Southerly 50 feet of <br />the following described property: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a cross cut in the pavement on the center line of <br />Seventeenth Street, said cross being located 474.37 feet East of a <br />bolt in said center line of Seventeenth Street, said bolt marking <br />the Southeast corner of the Bates Tract, as shown on a map recorded <br />in Book l, page 96, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County; <br />running thence North 0° 44' 3o" East 439.18 feet (bearing based on <br />Seventeenth Street as East and West) being the line described as ~he <br />boundary between the lauds of J. C. Kirby and wife, and Roy Mills <br />and wife in agreement recorded April 12, 1941, in Book 1090, page 24, <br />Official Records; thence East 200.3 feet to the line described as <br />the boundary line between the lands of Roy Mills and wife and Allison <br />C. Honer and wife in said agreement; thence South along said boundary <br />line between the lands of Roy Mills and wife, and Allison C. Honer <br />and wife, to a point in the center line of Seventeenth Street, marked <br />by a cross cut in the pavement, said cross being 674.67 feet East of <br />a bolt in said center line of Seventeenth Street, said bolt marking <br />the Southeast comer of the said Bates Tract; thence West along said <br />center line 200.3 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EXCEPTING the West 100 feet.
