RESOLUTION NO. 56-97 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEKEAS, 'NILLIAM CHARLES CARLSON and ELSIE MAE CARLSON, hus- <br />band and wife, have presented to~'~4'~City Council a grant deed <br />dated November 15, 1955 in consideration of payment of $27.00, con- <br />veying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over that portion of Lot 26 <br />of Tract No. 1262, as shown on a map thereof recorded in <br />Book 39, Page 6, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange <br />County, described as a spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded <br />Northerly by the North line of said Lot 26, bounded Easterly <br />by the East line of said Lot 26, and bounded Southwesterly by <br />the arc of a curve concave Southwesterly, having a radius of <br />15.00 feet and tangent to both North and East lines of said <br />Lot 26. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of March , 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />/~YOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY 0F ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 19th day of March , 1956, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
