RESOLUTION NO. %6-99 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS JACK J. RIS~L and BEVERLY M. RIN~EL, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated March 17, 1956, in consideration of payment of $800.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of 0~ange, State of California, described as: An easement for Sanitary Sewer purposes over a 15 foot strip of land, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of McFadden Street, which bears South 89° 00' 05" West 12.53 feet fron the intersec- tion of the center line of McFadden Street with the monumented center line of Lyon Street~5,~hence, South 5° 39' 49" West 274.7~ feet; thence South 0° 32' West 724.24 feet; thence South 0v 31' 20" West 1554.03 feet. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange Connty, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 19th .day of March _, 1956.
