RESOLUTION NO. ~6-106 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED ~tEREAS, VIRGINIA I. 0_~, a married woman, has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated ~arch 19, 1956 in consideration of payment of ~27.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over that portion of Lot i of Tract No. 1262, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 39, Page 6, Niscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, de- scribed as a spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly by the South line of said Lot l, bounded Easterly by the East llne of said Lot l, and bounded Northwesterly by the arc of a curve con- cave Northwesterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to both South and East lines of said Lot 1. NOW, ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of April _, 1956.
