RESOLUTION NO. 56-115 ACCEPTING GRANT DW~D <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SANTA ANA SCHOOL DISTRICT, successor to DELHI S(~t00L <br />DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY,.has presented to the City Council a grant <br />deed dated ~ar~h l%th, 1956 conveying property in the City of Santa <br />Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement over the following described property: <br /> That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter <br />of Section Thirty, Township Five South, Range Nine West, S.B.B. & <br />M., described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection <br />of the center line of ~elhi Road as shown on a Map of Tract No. <br />39, recorded in Book 9, Page 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of <br />Orange County, California, with the Northerly prolongation of that <br />portion of the Westerly line of Lot One in Block 2 of said Tract No. <br />39, said portion of the Westerly line having a bearing and dis- <br />tance of South 0° 23' 30" East ~16.60 feet; thence South 0° 23' 30" <br />East along, said Westerly line to a line that is parallel with and <br />Southerly 40.00 feet, measured at right angles from the center line <br />of said Delhi Road; thence Westerly along said parallel line to the <br />Easterly line of the Pacific Electric Railway right of way as shown <br />on said Map of Tract No. 39; thence North 0° 08' 30" West along said <br />Easterly line to the center line of said Delhi Road; thence Easterly <br />along said center line to the point of beginning. <br /> EXCEPTING therefrom that portion lying within said Delhi Road. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 16N~ day of A?r±l , 1956. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ' CLERK oF 'THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, EP~A HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was ~regularly in- <br />troduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the loth day of <br /> April , 1956, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by <br />t'he follOWing vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCII2~EN: Dale H.
