Ana, California is inadequate in width to accommodate future demands of traffic thereon and because thereof, and continuing traffic hazard; RESOLUTION NO. 3.~-116 AUTHORIZING THE C0~__~ OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBL1-C-ETI~EET PURPOSES AND I~CLARING THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR WHEREAS, Bristol Street as it now exists in the City of Santa the present and is a present NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the C~t$ Council of the City of Santa Aha does hereby find and determine that the public in- terest and necessity require that Bristol Street between Fifth Street and Washington Avenue be widened and improved as shown on a map there- of on file in the Office of the City Engineer and herein referred to for greater detail, to accommodate the present and future demands of traffic thereon and further require that said City do have, take and acquire an easement for said purpose in and. to those parcels of land lying in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Califor- nia and described as: PARCEL 1. The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 5 of Tract No. 271, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 14, Page 9, Miscella- neous Maps, records of said Orange County. PARCEL la. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly by the South line of said Lot 5, bounded Westerly by the East line of Parcel l, bounded Northeasterly by the arc of a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to said South line of Lot 5, and tangent to said East llne of Parcel 1. PARCEL 2. The Westerly lO.00 feet of Lot a4 of Tract No. 474 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 17, Page 18, Miscella- neous Maps, Records of said Orange County. PARCEL 2a.
