PARCEL 11. That portion of Lot 17, of Tract No. 1290, as shown <br />on a map thereof recorded in Book 39, Page 39, Miscellaneous Maps, <br />Records of said Orange County, described as a spandrel shaped par- <br />cel of land bounded Southerly by the South line of said Lot 17, <br />bounded Easterly by the East line of said Lot 17, and bounded North- <br />westerly by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius <br />of 15.00 feet and tangent to both South and East lines of said <br />Lot 17. <br /> <br /> PARCEL 12. That portion of Lot 15 of Tract No. 1256, as shown <br />on a map thereof recorded in Book 41, Page 48, Miscellaneous Maps, <br />records of said Orange County, described as a spandrel shaped par- <br />cel of land bounded Southerly by the South line of said Lot 15, <br />bounded Easterly by the East line of said Lot 15, and bounded North- <br />westerly by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly, having a ra- <br />dius of 15.00 feet and tangent to both South and East lines of said <br /> <br /> Lot 15. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That <br />hereby ordered and directed to bring <br /> <br />the City Attorney be and he is <br />an action in the name of the City <br /> <br />of Santa Ana in the Superior Court of the State of California in and <br />for the County of Orange, for condemnation of said property necessary <br />to be taken as he rein ordered and heretofore described and do all <br />things necessary to prosecute said action to final determination. <br /> <br /> HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the public interest, necessity and <br />convenience require and it is hereby ordered, that the City of Santa <br />Ana, a municipal Corporation, Plaintiff in the condemnation action or- <br />dered herein, take immediate possession and use of the property herein <br />ordered to be acquired, upon complying with the requirements of the law <br />applicable thereto and that the City Attorney report to the City Council, <br /> <br /> the amount of money required therefor as soon as the same has been as- <br />certained. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the said action for condemation <br />of said property so to be acquired shall be taken in accordance with <br />Section 14, Article I of the Constitution of the State of California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of t~he City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of April . , 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
