RESOLUTION NO. ~6-!24 APPROVING MAP, DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION 0F HARBOR ROAD, AND FIXING A TIKE A~QD PLACE FOR hUEARIRG ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING THERETO WHEREAS, the Planning Coramission has recommended that a portion of the southern end of Harbor Road be vacated, and the City Council, after study, has concluded that the saEe is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes, and has caused the map thereof to be prepared, NOW, T?LE~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the map attached hereto is hereby approved and ordered filed with this Resolution, and the City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon the southern end of Harbor Road as the same is shown on said map and ex- ists in the City of Santa Ara, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The southern end of Harbor Road, 50.00 feet wide, 366.3 feet northerly from its southern terminus to a point which is located 1300.2 feet southerly from the south line of Dyer Road. That June 18, 1956, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Third and Main Streets, in the City of Santa Ana, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation of said portion of Harbor Road. That the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with this street vacation under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 194l, Part 3, Division 9, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and That the Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to publish this Resolution in the manner prescribed by law for the publishing of Ordinances of the City and the Director of Public Works is hereby ordered to post conspicuously along the lines of said southern por- tion of Harbor Road herein proposed to be vacated, at least l0 days before the date of said hearing, notices stating the passage of this Resolution of Intention and the time and place of hearing; such notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart and at least 3 shall be posted along said street herein proposed to be vacated.
