RES0'LUTION NO. 5G-131 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, B. J. Mo~.9~as presented to the City Council a grant <br />deed dated April 28, 195b, in consideration of payment of $600.00, <br />conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State <br />of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the following described <br />property: <br />Parcel l: The easterly 8.00 feet of the following: That por- <br />tion of the Julian Chaves Allotment in the Rancho Santiago de <br />Santa Ana described as follows: Beginning at the intersection <br />of the North line of West Fifth Street with the West line of <br />Bristol Street North of Fifth; thence North along said West <br />line of Bristol Street, 140.00 feet; thence West parallel with <br />said North Line of Fifth Street 134.9 feet; thence South paral- <br />lel with said West line of Bristol Street, 140 feet to a point <br />in said North line of Fifth Street; thence East along said North <br />line of Fifth Street 134-9 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Parcel 2.
