RESOLUTION NO. 56-133 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lydia ~ay S~r and Alvin C. Stauffer have presented <br />to the City Council a grant deed dated March 6, 19~6, in consideration <br />of payment of ~1,850.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the following described <br />property: <br />Parcel l: The Easterly 10.00 feet of the Northerly 5.00 feet <br />of Lot 2~ and the Easterly 10.00 feet of Lot 26 of Tract No. <br />662, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 24, page 17, <br />Miscellaneous Naps, records of said Orange County. <br /> <br />Parcel 2: That portion of said Lot 26 described as a spandrel <br />shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly by the North line of <br />said Lot 26, bounded Easterly by the West line of Parcel 1 <br />and bounded Southwesterly by the arc of a curve concave <br />Southwesterly, having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to <br />said North line of Lot 26, and tangent to said West line of <br />Parcel 1. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at <br />its regular meeting held on the 7th day of Nay, 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK 0F THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY 0F ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERNA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 7th day of May, 1956, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H. iteinly, J.
