RESOLUTION NO. 56_-138 AUTHORIZING CONDEMNAT%ON <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR THE WIDENI~~$TOL <br />ST~W. ET BETWE. W.N WASHINGTON AVENUE AND SEVENTEENTH <br />STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bristol Street as it now exists between Washington <br /> <br />Avenue and Seventeenth Street in the City of Santa Aha, California, <br /> <br />is inadequate in width to accommodate the present and future de- <br /> <br />mands of traffic thereon; <br /> <br />NOW, ~4EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby find and determine that the public <br /> <br />interest and necessity require that Bristol Street between Seven- <br /> <br />teenth Street and Washington Avenue be widened and improved, as <br /> <br />shown on a map thereof on file in the office of the City Engineer <br /> <br />and herein referred to for greater detail, to accommodate the present <br /> <br />and future demands of traffic thereon and further require that said <br /> <br />City do have, take and acquire an easement for said purpose in and <br /> <br />to those parcels of land in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br /> <br />State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> PARCEL 1. The Easterly l0 feet of the North 55 feet of Lots <br />i and 2 of Tract No. 758, as per map recorded in Book 23, Page <br />26 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder <br />of said county. <br /> <br /> PARCEL 2a..The Easterly~10.00 feet of the Northerly 94-43 <br />feet of the Southerly 100.~3 feet of Lot i of Tract No. 758, as <br />per map recorded in Book 23, Page 26 of Miscellaneous Maps, in <br />the. office of the county recorder of said county. <br /> <br /> 2b. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Easterly <br />by the West line of Parcel 2a, bounded Southerly by the North <br />line of the Southerly 6.00 feet of said Lot l, and botuuded <br />Northwesterly by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly having <br />a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to said West line of Parcel <br />2a and tangent to said North line of the Southerly 6.00 feet of <br />said Lot 1. <br /> <br /> PARCEL 3a.
