The Westerly lO.00 feet of Lot 17 of Tract No. 863, as per map recorded in Book 26, Page 30 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. PAHCEL 27. The Westerly 10.00 feet of Lot 18 of Tract No. 863, as per map recorded in Book 26, Page 30 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. PARCEL 28. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney be and he is hereby ordered and directed to bring an action in the name of the City of Santa Aha in the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Orange, for condemnation of said property necessary to be taken as herein ordered and heretofore described and do all things hecessary to prosecute said action to final dete~cination. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the public interest, necessity and convenience require and it is hereby ordered, that the City of Santa Ana, a Municipal Corporation, Plaintiff in the condemnation action ordered herein, take Irmuediate possession and use of the property herein ordered to be acquired, upon complying with the requirements of the law applicable thereto, that the City Attorney report to the Director of Finance, the amount of money required therefor, and that the Director of Finance shall deposit said amount with the Clerk of the Court.
