Groff ~ ~i i Groff Garden Equipment RESOLUTION NO. 5.6-165 CONCRRNI/~G PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS I~ ACCORDANCE THERAI~iTH: BE IT RESOLVED: That parking limitatinns created by Resolution No. 56-156 adopted on June ~, 1956, ordering the curb painSed RED as follows: WEST SEVENTEENTH STRE~ On the north side of West Seventeenth Street, between Baker Street and Westwood Avenue, as follows: West 260 feet of the East 263 feet are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the privisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Cede, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows: W£ST SEVF~\~fEENTH STREET On the north side of Seventeenth Street between Baker Street and Westwood Avenue as follows: West 81.5 feet of the east 26~ feet East 142.5 feet and said cu~'b along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove described. BE IT FURTHER P~ESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisio~s of Section &59.8 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and Section 3201 and Section 3216 as alnend<~d May 18, 1953, of the Santa Ar~% Municipal Code of the City of Santa Ana, the City Council does hereby declare the following thoroughfare in the City of Santa Aha to have a parking limit of "~ i,~ minutes, between the hours of eight-thirty A.M. (8:30 A.M.) and four P.M. (~:00 P.M), and to be a "No Stopping, Standing or Barking" zone between four P.M. (4:00 P.M.) and eight-thirty A.M. (8:30 A.M.), as follows: WEST S~-VENT~TH STREET On the north side of Seventeenth Street between Baker Street and l,~estwood Avenu% as follows: West &O feet of the East 182.5 feet and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to have the curb at the described location painted GREEN and the parking l~m~ts herein described so posted.
