RESOLUTION NO. 56-180 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Schuyler A. So~thard and Evelyn H. Southard have <br />presented to the City Council a grant deed dated May 3, 1956, with- <br />out cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, describeda s: <br /> <br />Parcel 1. The southerly 4.1 feet of the westerly 60.60 <br />feet of the easterly 119.71 of Lot 5 Collum addition in <br />the City of Santa Ana as shown on a map thereof recorded <br />in book 23, Page 50 of Miscellaneous records and maps of <br />Los Angeles County, excepting therefrom that portion <br />previously granted for freeway access road. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of <br />Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERISA IIUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 18th day of June, 1956, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMJEN: Dale H.
