RESOLUTION NO. 56-185 FIXING THE SALARY OF REGULAR <br />CITY EMPLOYEES NOT COVERED BY SALARY SCHEDULES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is adjusting salaries and wages for <br />employees paid under the basic compensation plan to conform the <br />same to prevailing standards; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in addition to part-time and temporary employees, <br />the~e are three positions not covered by the basic compensation <br />plan, and a new position is created by this Resolution which is <br />not covered by said plan; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a new position is hereby <br />created under the class title of Administrative Assistant, which <br />position is temporary and shall not continue for a period of more <br />than four months. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the following positions and <br />classes of employment shall receive the following salaries monthly: <br /> <br />City Manager <br />Administrative Assistant <br />Civil Defense Coordinator <br />City Attorney <br /> <br /> $1,250.o0 <br /> 5o.0o <br />- 10.00 <br /> 850.00 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the salaries provided for in this <br /> <br />resolution shall be paid in the same manner and at the same time as <br /> <br />other salaries of the City are paid, and that said salaries shall <br />take effect on the first day of July, 1956. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Dale H, Heinly, J.
