RESOLUTION NO. 56-190 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Paul B. ~~and Erma A. Anderson have. pre- <br />sented to the City Council a grant deed dated June 28, 1956, with- <br />out cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the following de- <br />scribed property: <br />PARCEL l: Beginning at a point in a line which is parallel <br />with ~nd 984.00 feet westerly, measured at right angles, <br />from the center llne of Bristol Street, said point being <br />330.00 feet southerly from the center line of First Street; <br />thence Easterly parallel with the center line of First Street, <br />191.00 feet; thence northerly 42.00 feet parallel with the <br />center line of Bristol Street; thence Westerly parallel with <br />the center line of First Street 191.00 feet; thence Southerly <br />42.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL 2. A trapezoid shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly <br />by the North line of Parcel l, bounded Northerly by a line <br />parallel with and 67 feet Northerly, measured at right angles, <br />from the South line of Parcel l, bounded Easterly by a line <br />parallel with and 30 feet Easterly, measured at right angles, <br />from the Southerly extension of the center line of Pacific <br />Avenue, as it exists North of First Street, bounded westerly <br />by the Northerly extension of the west line of Parcel 1. <br />PARCEL 3.
