<br />The use in the above description of the words "surveyed center
<br />line of the Santa Ana-Anaheim Joint outfall sewer" or the use
<br />of words of similar import, means and shall be construed to
<br />mean the survey for the outfall sewer pipe line right of way
<br />which is set forth and shown upon the map made by W. G. Knox
<br />and O. E. Steward, a copy of which map is attached, and
<br />marked "Exhibit A", to the complaint on file in the Superior
<br />Court of the State of California in and for the County of
<br />Orange, in Action No. 13753, and all references to the line
<br />and stations of such survey are as they appear upon said map.
