RESOLUTION NO. 56-199 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, First~lical United Brethren Church has presented <br />to the City Council a gran~d dated July 9, 1956, without cash <br />consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> For street and roadway purposes: A strip of land 2 feet in <br />width lying adjacent to and easterly of that certain parcel of <br />land conveyed to the State of California by deed recorded April <br />4, 193%, in Book 746, page 81 of Official Records of Orange <br />County, California, bounded on the south by the westerly exten- <br />sion of the northerly line of Tract 2019 as said Tract is shown <br />on a map thereof recorded in Book 59, page 38 of Miscellaneous <br />Maps in the Office of the Recorder of said Orange County and <br />bounded on the North by a line parallel with and northerly 254.67 <br />feet, measured at right angles, from said westerly extension. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 1956. <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERNA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoin~ Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the lbth day of July, 1956, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCIL~EN: Dale Ho Heinly, J° Ogden Markel, William Jerome <br /> <br />Milford Wo Dahl, Courtney R.
