RESOLUTION NO. 56-202 APPROVING I~AP, DECLARING <br />INTENTION TO VACATE RIVERINE STREET BE~VEEN SIXTH <br />AND EIGHTH STREETS, AND FIXING TIME ~D PLACE FOR <br />HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OBJECTING THERETO <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, aS the request of the Board of Supervisors of <br />Orange County, and after study, the City Council has concluded <br />that that portion of Riverine Street hereinbelow described is <br />unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes, and has <br />caused a map thereof to be prepared, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: ~nat the map attached <br />hereto is hereby approved and ordered filed with this Resolution <br />in the Office of the Clerk of the Council, and reference"is here- <br />by made to said map for particulars as to the exact location of <br />this proposed vacation, and the City Council hereby declares its <br />intention to vacate and abandon as a public street that certain <br />area in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California, described as: <br /> <br /> Riverine Street as it now exists, running north <br /> and south, bounded on the north by the southerly <br /> line of Eighth Street, and bounded on the south <br /> by the northerly line of Sixth Street. <br /> <br /> That the 6th day of August, 1956 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. <br />on said day in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Third and <br />Main Streets in the City of Santa Ana, California, is hereby <br />fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested <br />in or objecting to the proposed vacation of Riverine Street be- <br />tween Sixth Street andEighth Street. <br /> <br /> That the City Council hereby declares its intention to pro- <br />ceed with this street vacation under the provisions of the Street <br />Vacation Act of 1941, Part 3, Division 9, of the Streets and High- <br />ways Code of the State of California, and <br /> <br /> That the Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to publish <br />this Resolution in the manner prescribed by law for the publishing <br />of Ordinances of the City, and the Director of Public Works is <br />hereby ordered to post conspicuously along the lines of said <br /> <br /> <br />
