RESOLUTION NO. 56-213 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, W..F. C~__~ and Maurine N. Croddy have presented <br />to the City Council a grant deed dated July 25, 19~6, without cash <br />consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> PARCEL 1. A strip of land 100.00 fee~ in width bounded <br />Easterly by the East line of Lot 7, Tract No. 1024, as shown <br />on a map thereof recorded in Book 33, Page 33 of Miscellaneous <br />Maps, Records of Orange County, California, bounded Westerly <br />by the East line of Harbor Blvd., 80.00 feet wide; the center <br />line of said 100.00 strip being parallel with and 360.47 feet <br />Northerly, measured at right angles from the South line of <br />said Lot 7. Excepting the Westerly 200.00 feet. <br /> PARCEL 2. The Westerly 200.00 feet of the following: A <br />strip of land 120.00 feet in width bounded Westerly by the <br />East line of Harbor Blvd., 80.00 feet wide; the center line <br />of said 120.00 foot strip being parallel with and 360.47 <br />feet Northerly, measured at right angles from the South line <br />of said Lot 7. <br /> Reserving unto first party, their successors and assigns <br />the right to construct, maintain and operate upon, across or <br />over the land herein described, such railway tracks as shall <br />be required by them for industrial and for other development <br />or use for the parcels of land owned by said party and other <br />property adjacent to or in the vicinity of the above described <br />land and in such locations upon the above described land, as <br />shall be required for such purpose. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of <br />Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PAS~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST~ <br /> CLERK OF ~HE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting <br />held on the ~th day of August, 1956, and was at said meeting regu- <br />larly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCI LrvLEN: Dale Ho Heinly, J.
