RESOLUTION NO. 56-223 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, Minnie M. Wil_~d R~a4~..~d_..P_Eo~rties, Inc., a California corporation, and Ray_ere ~r End Brass Incorporated, a Maryland corporation have pr~ed to the City Council a grant deed dated August 7, 1956, without cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, de- scribed as: An easement for road purposes over a strip of land 60 feet wide over that portion of section 25, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in the land allotted to James McFadden in Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago De Santa Aha, recorded in book B of Judgments of the 17th Judicial Dis- trict Court of California, located in the city of Santa Aha, county of Orange, state of Califomia, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said section 25, South 0° 37' 15# West 655.00 feet from its intersection with the westerly prolongation of the south line of Tract No. 2461, as shown on a map of said Tract, recorded in book86 page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county; thence South 89° 22' 10" East 402.87 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the north having a radius of 200 feet; thence easterly 93~25 feet along said curve; thence North 63° 54' 54" East 610.09 feet to the beginnisg of a curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 650 feet; thence northeasterly 107.75 feet along said curve to its intersection with the southerly prolongation of the center line of Shelton Streetz as shown on the map of said Tract No. 2461, thence North 0w 38' 16" East 288.92 feet along said center line to a line parallel with and 30.00 feet south of the said south line of Tract No. 2461; thence South 89° 22' 10" East ~$98.00 feet along said parallel line to the west line of the Orange County Flood Control right of way as described in deed to the Orange. County Flood Control District, recorded September 12, 1945 in book 1327 page 505 of Official Records. That portion of the southerly line of said strip whose center line is cited as having a radius of 650 feet and a length of 107.75 feet shall be prolonged along said curve to its intersection with the southerly prolongation of the easterly line of the next succeeding course. NOW, THEREFORE, ~. IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
