RESOLUTION NO. 5~-22~ AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha is ~his date accepting a grant deed conveying an easement for road purposes for Lorenzo Avenue, Shelton Street, and Hemlock Way, easterly from Bristol, which said streets contain within their limits the in-place sewer and open- ditch surface water drainage area, and therefore makes nnuecessary the easements obtained by deed dated December 17, 1955 and recorded in Book 3396 at Page 577 of Official Records of Orange County, which said deed contained an error in description; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Quitclaim deed to Revere Copper and Brass Incorporated, conveying those certain strips of land in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, ~tate of California, within Section 25, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, B. B. B. & M., described as follows: PARCEL 1. A strip of land, 30 feet in width, the center line of said strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of Bristol Street, 80 feet in width, a~ described in deed to Orange County recorded June l, 1949, in book 1851, page 303, Official Records, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; distant thereon South 0° 53' 33" West 2970.04 feet from the Northwest corner of said Section 25, known as the center line of Delhi Road, and running thence from said point of beginning South 89° 22' lC" East 416.98 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the North, and having a radius of 200 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 26° 42' 56~ a dis- tance of 93.25 feet to a line tangent; thence North O ! W 63 54 54 East 610.09 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 650 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a cen- tral angle of 17° ll' 02" a distance of 194.95 feet; thence North 0~ 38' 16" East 319.02 feet. PARCEL 2. A strip of land 40 feet in width, the center line of said strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of the Orange County Flood Control District right of way, distant thereon South 0° 38' 16" West 2335 feet from the intersection of said West line with the center line of Delhi Road, as said right of way and road are shown on a map recorded in book 28, page 37, Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, and running thence from said point of beginning North 89° 22' 10" West 1528 feet.
