RESOLUTION NO. 56-246 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, Pearl H. $_~_p=L~_has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated September--'~--~, 1956, t~ bonSiderAtton Of $~51J~ con- veying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL 1. An easement for street purposes ~ver the Easterly l0 feet of the following described property. Lots 41 and 42 of Tract No. 758, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in book 23 page 2b of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county. EXCEPT therefrom the north 72 feet. PARCEL 2. An easement for street purposes over a spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly by the South line of said Lot 41, bounded Northwesterly by the arc of a curve con- cave Northwesterly, having a radius of 1%.00 feet, and tangent to said West line of Parcel l, and tangent to said South line of Lot NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
