Southern and Delhi Annex" as an appropriate name for said annexa- That said Council hereby declares its intention to and it will annex said territory to and include it within the Santa Aha Elementary School District, Santa Aha High School District and Santa Aha Junior College District and upon the completion of said annexation, said territory shall be and become a part of said School Districts. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that November 5, 1956 at the hour of ?:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at Third and Main Streets, in the City of Santa Aha, California, is the time and place fixed at which said Council will hear p~otests made by any person owning real property within said territory so proposed to be annexed. At any time before said hour, any owner of any of said property may file written protests against this proposed an- nexation. Such protest should state the owner's name and, in general terms, a description and area of the property owned. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 24th day of Septem- ber, 19~6.
