<br />RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH STREETS I~ THE CITY OF SANTA ANA

<br />RE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN~A ANA, AS FOLLOWS:

<br />That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of C~l~fornia,
<br />
<br />and p~rsua~t to the previsions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha,
<br />
<br />entitled "An Ordlnauce of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Pablic Highways
<br />
<br />Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare
<br />
<br />that the following named resolutions, or ~mch portions of said resolutions as
<br />
<br />pertain to through streets, are hereby repealed and rescinded:

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: the City Co~ucil does hereby declare that the
<br />
<br />following named public streets and highways within the said City of Santa Aha
<br />
<br />between the limits hereinafter described are hereby declared to be through streets,
<br />
<br />highways and b~ulevards within the meaning contemplated and intended by the Vehicle
<br />
<br />Code of the State of California~ to-wit:
