RESOLUTION NO. ~ -~77 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, IRVING W. ~ and DOROTHY M. BEAVER have pre- <br />sented to the City Council a grant deed dated October 10, 1956, <br />without cash consideration, conveying property in the City of <br />Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over that portion of Lot 1 <br />of Ports, Borden and Sidwell Tract, as shown on a map there- <br />of recorded in book 4, page 624 of Miscellaneous Recordsof <br />Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the center line of <br />Main Street, with the center line of Edgewood Road, as said <br />streets are shown on a map of Tract No. 139, recorded in <br />book 11, page 36, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange <br />County, and running thence South 0o 34' 19" West along the <br />center line of said Main Street, 69.27 feet; thence North <br />89° 25' 41" West 33 feet to the West line of Main Street, <br />said point being the true point of beginning of the~ boundary <br />of the land herein described; thence North 89° 25' 41" West <br />12 feet; thence South 0° 34' 19" West parallel with said <br />center line of Main Street, 89.80 feet to a point in a <br />curve concave Northwesterly have a radius of 43 feet, the <br />radial line at said point bears North~° 33' 34" West; thence <br />Northeasterly through a central angle of43° 52' 07", an <br />arc distance of 32.92 feet to said West line of Main Street; <br />thence North 0° 34' 19" East, ~ong said West line, 60 feet <br />to the true point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of <br />Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of October, 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST~ <br /> CLERK OF THE' COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 15th day of October, 1956, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> ' ' O~den Uarkel~ ',~ liiam gerome~ <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale !i.
