RESOLUTION NO. %8-273 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LGCAL UNION NO. 1815 of Santa Ana, California, of <br />the UNITED B~0THERH00D OF CARPENTERS AND JOINERS OF AMERICA, an <br />unincorporated benevolent association has presented to the City <br />Council a grant deed dated September ll, 1956, without cash con- <br />sideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the southerly 50.00 <br />feet of that real property described as: <br />Beginning at a point in the center line of First Street, <br />said centerline being the south line of Section 10, Town- <br />ship 5 Sguth, Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M., said point <br />being 1,432.03 feet west of the southeast corner of said <br />Section 10; thence north 0° 13' 30" east 656.03 feet to a <br />point in the compromise line as described in that certain <br />agreement between J. H. Stewart and wife, and L.
