<br /> Conveyance of said Parcels A, B, and C hereinabove described

<br />from H. C. Schnackenberg, et ux. to the County of Orange, recorded
<br />January 10, 1936, in Book 800, page 154, Official Records, Orange
<br />County, California, and in that certain deed from Consolidated Rock
<br />Products Co. to the County of Orange, recorded July 31, 1945 in
<br />Book 1318, page 531, Official Records, Orange County, California.

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
<br />deed authorizing the payment of said sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-
<br />eight and 60/100ths Dollars ($5,538.60) to the County of Orange, and the Clerk
<br />of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the
<br />County Recorder of Orange County, California, when delivery thereof is completed.
