KESOLUTION NO. 56-284 DECLARING A VACANCY EXISTS <br />ON THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, COURTNEY R. CHANDLER, has tendered his resignation to <br />take effect at midnight October 31, 1956~ and the same has been accepted <br />with regrets by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana hereby declares the office held by Courtney R.
