RESOLb~ION NO. ~.~-287 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTAB~.TSE <br />SETBACK LINES ON CYPRESS AVENUE SOUTH OF GOETZ AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEHEAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that the setback lines <br />herein set out be established; <br /> <br /> NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to establish a setback line as provided <br />for in Section 9155 through 9158 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code as follows: <br /> <br /> Cypress Avenue, on both sides, from Goetz Avenue on the North to <br /> an unnamed street on the South, a distance of approximately 400 <br /> feet, 30 feet from the center line measured at right angles. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 o'clock P. M. on the 17th day of <br />December, 1956, at the Council Chambers is hereby established as the hour and <br />place when all persons having any objections to the establishment of said proposed <br />setback line may appear and present objections thereto. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed <br />to publish notice of said hearing by publishing a copy of this Resolution once in <br />the Santa Aha Independent, and the Engineer's Office is directed to post one copy <br />of this Resolution conspicuously upon said Street in front of each block or part <br />of block where said setback line is proposed to be established.
