RESOLUTION NO. 56-300 ACCEPTING GRANT <br /> <br /> WHERF~, CALVIN O. C0?Q~,EJR. and HELEN M. COOK, husband and wife, <br />have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated November 14, 1956, <br />without cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,0range <br />County, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />D_u easement for street purposes over the following described <br />property: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1. The Southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 73 and 74 in Tract <br />No. 581 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 19, Page 37, <br />Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, State of <br />California. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2.
