RESOLU'fIO14 NO. s6.309 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLAR/NG TNI~OUGH STREETS IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, <br />smd pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa kna, <br />entitled "An Ordi2~nce of the City of Santa -&ha Regulating the use of Public Highways <br />Within Said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that <br />No. ll of Resolution No. 56-268, adopted the 15th day of October, 1956, as follows: <br /> <br /> Chestnut Street and Halladay Street, ~-way stop intersection <br /> <br />is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed <br />to cause the above described signs to be removed. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code of the City <br />of Santa Ana, the City Council hereby declares the follo~Sng named intersection wlthin <br />the said City of Santa Aha hereinafter described to be a stop intersection, to-wit: <br /> <br /> The intersection of Chestnut Street and Halladay Street, and all east <br /> and west bound traffic on Chestnut street shall stop before entering <br /> the intersection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting <br /> <br />~' ~ ....... ~' ~'" 1956. <br />held on the ~'~ day of .
