RESOLUTION NO. ~6-321 ACCEPTING GRANT D~ <br /> <br /> W~, J]~NIE M. ~, a married woman, and ROBERT E. WARNER, a <br />single m~n, have presented to the City Council a graut deed~ dated November 8, <br />1956, for valuable consideration in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars <br />($300.00), conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the westerly 40 feet of that <br />portion of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of <br />Section 12, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, in the land allotted <br />to Jacob Ross in Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de <br />Santa Aha, recorded in Book B of Judgments of the 17th Judicial <br />District Court of California, located in the city of Santa Aha, <br />county of Orange, state of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of the land conveyed by Eva <br />J.
