RESOLUTION NO. 56-324 ACCEPTING GRANT <br /> <br /> WHEHEAS, THE A__TCHIS~N, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY, a Kansas <br />Corporation, has presen=ea ~ ~e ~£ty Council a grant deed, dated May 21, <br />1956, without cash consideration, conveying an easement of property for public <br />sidewalk purposes upon, over and across that certain parcel of land in the <br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> A strip of land 4 feet in width by 130.43 feet in average <br />length, situate in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, being a portion of The Atchison, Topeka <br />and Santa Fe Railway Company's station grounds, more parti- <br />cularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Santa <br />Fe Street with the north line of First Street, 60 feet wide, <br />as said streets now exist; thence west along the north line <br />of First Street 129.92_feet; thence northwesterly making a <br />deflection angle of 75v 37' to the right from said north line, <br />a distance of 4.13 feet to a point in a line which is parallel <br />with and distant northerly 4.0 feet at right angles from the <br />north line of First Street; thence East along said parallel <br />line 130.95 feet to a point in the west line of Santa Fe Street; <br />thence south along last said west line 4.0 feet to the point of <br />beginning, containing 0.012 of an acre, more or less. <br /> <br /> NOW, 'fh~m~FORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City'of Santa Ana accepts <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed <br />to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOP'I~JD by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 17th day of December , 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLEBK OF TEg COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br /> OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />I, ERMA HUNk'S, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- <br />duced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of <br /> December , 1956, and was at said meeting regul~sed and <br />adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCIIA~EN: Dale H.
