RESOLUTION N0.~56,325 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> ~EKEAS, GUSS'H. PENNELL JR. AND EMMAB. P~qNELL, husband <br />and wife, have p~esented~he City Council a gran~ deed, dated <br />De~embe~ 5, 1956, without cash consideration, conveying p~perty <br />in the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the following described <br />p~operty. <br /> <br />PARCEL 1. The Southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 71, and 72 in <br />Tract No. 581 as shown on a map there of recorded in Book <br />19, Page 37, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orauge County, <br />State of California. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2.
