RESOLUTION NO. :~-.328 ACCEPTING SR3%NT DA~ED WHEREAS, DEPARTmeNT OF ~ETERA~S SFFAIRS 0F~T~TE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, has presented to the City C~uncil a grant deed, dated December 6, 1956, without cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, OrangeCounty, State of Califor~lia, described as: An easement for street purposes over the following described property: PARCEL 1. ~ne southerly 5.00 feet of Lots ?~ and 74 in Tract No. 581 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 19, Page 37, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, State of California. PARCEL 2. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded southerly by the north line of Parcel l, bounded easterly by the east line of said Lot 73, bounded northwesterly by the arc of a curvo concave northwesterly having a radius of lg.00 feet and tangent to said north line of Parcel l, and tar~ent to said east line of Lot 73. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of S~ ta Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Oouncil is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the l~th day of December , 1956.
