RESOLUTION NO. 56-329 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, WILLIAM RICHARD Q~JR. AND MARION FA. 0EPO~D, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated November 28, 19 56, without cash consideration, conveying property in the City of S~ta Ana,~ Orange County, State of California, described as: An Easement for street purposes over the following described property: PARCEL 1. The southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 25, and 26, Tract No. 581, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 19, Page 37, Miscellaneous Maos, Records of Orange County, State of California. PARCEL 2.' A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded southerly by the north line of Parcel l, bounded easterly by the east line of said Lot 2%, bounded northwesterly by the arc of a curve, concave northwesterly, having a radious of 15.00 feet and tangent to said north line of Parcel l, and tangent to said east line of Lot 25. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVR~: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, C~ifornia.
