RESOLUTION NO. 57-1 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DWk~I~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Charles C. Brisco has presented to the City Council a <br />grant deed d~ted August 16, 1956, without cash consideration, conveying <br />an easement in property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State <br />of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for road purposes over and across a strip of <br />land 60.00 feet in width over that portion of Lot 3 of the <br />Mabury Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 165, page <br />301 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California, the <br />center line of which is described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the East line of that certain 54.00- <br />foot strip of land conveyed to the City of Santa Ana by deed <br />recorded June 24, 1955 in Book 3117, page 160 of Official <br />Records of Orange County, California, said point being located <br />584.61 feet North 0° 47' 00" East along the said East line of <br />the 54.00-foot strip of land from the center line of Seven- <br />teenth Street; running thence North 88° 52' 40" East 395.68 <br />feet to a point in the East line of that certain parcel of <br />land conveyed in Parcel i in a deed to Charles C.
