RESOLUTION N0.57-2 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, Cadie C~.str~ and Esperanza L. Castro, husband and wife, <br />have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated January 31, <br />1956, without cash consideration, conveying an easement in property <br /> <br />in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, Etate of California, <br /> <br />described as: <br /> <br />A~ easement for street purples over the following described <br /> <br />property: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1. The southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 23, and 24, in Tract <br />No. 581, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 19, Page <br />37, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, State of <br />California. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2. A spancrel shaped parcel of l~nd bounded southerly <br />by the north line of Parcel l, bounded westerly by the west <br />line of said Lot 24, bounded northeasterly by the arc of a <br />curve concave northeasterly, having a radius of 15.00 feet, <br />and tangent to said north line of Parcel l, and tangent to <br />said west line of Lot 24. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts <br /> <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby inst~cted to cause <br /> <br />said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, <br /> <br />Californiae <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eanta Aha at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held on the 7th day of .
