Vaughan and Harold F. Kellogg, to dmive <br /> <br />taxicabs, were granted. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, request of <br />Calvary Church for a loading zone sufficiently large to accommodate <br />two care, was refer~ed'to committee of Chief of Police and City <br />Engineer to'investigate and report back. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried, the <br />request of Allison Honer Oompany for installation of an overhead <br />light at the east ends of the ten hundred blocks of West 18th, West <br />19th and West 20th Streets, was referred to the City Engineer with <br /> <br />power to act. <br /># <br />A protest was read signed by Brock Glass Co. Ltd. and Blower Paper Co. <br />requesting that before "no parking" restrictions are placed on Banta <br />Fe Street a committee be appointed to investigate and on motion of <br />Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, matter was referred back <br /> <br />to committee composed of the Chief of Police and City Engineer. <br /># <br /> <br />A petition was read signed by eighteen property owners and residents <br />in the 2200 block of South Oak Btreet requesting that the City grade <br />and black top the street from curb to curb.
