On motion of Trustee Reed, <br /> <br />seconded by Martin and carried, the petitions and communications were <br /> <br />received and filed. <br /> <br />The motion of Trustee Martin, <br /> <br />seconded by Chandler not to adopt the <br /> <br />Ordinance permitting operation of self service stations was carried <br /> <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />Roll Call Ayes Courtney R.
