<br /> approved by the City Engineer. On motion of Trustee Jerome, second,
<br /> by Dahl and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution establishing time limit parking zone
<br /> under SeCtion 9 of Ordinance No. 1030"

<br /> establishing three ten-minute parking zones on the north side of East
<br /> Third Street, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 4071 and
<br /> passed by the following vote:
